How do I book a truck online?
Open the app, enter where the goods load and unload, add the material weight, and you'll instantly see a price band for the available trucks. Confirm the booking and we lock the exact market rate within about 30 minutes. You can also add in-transit cover for your cargo during the same flow.
How do I check what a trip will cost?
Type your pickup and drop points along with the load weight and the app shows an estimated price range straight away. The final confirmed rate is shared within roughly 30 minutes of booking.
How does Movezle help my business?
It makes freight faster, safer and more predictable — live, market-linked pricing; booking confirmed in around 30 minutes; a nationwide pool of verified trucks; real-time GPS tracking on every trip; and optional in-transit cover for your goods.
What is a Full Truck Load (FTL) booking?
With FTL, the whole truck is reserved for your consignment alone — ideal for larger shipments and longer routes. You can also secure the load with optional in-transit protection.
Where do I get my invoice and bilty?
Your invoice is shared to your registered WhatsApp number and can also be downloaded from the app at any time, along with the e-bilty.
Can I have multiple pickup and drop points?
Yes. You can request multi-point pickup and delivery while placing the booking in the app.
Can I cancel a booking, and is there a fee?
You can cancel from the app whenever you need to. To avoid a cancellation charge, cancel before the assigned vehicle reaches the pickup location.
Can I change the truck type after it reaches pickup?
No — once the vehicle arrives at the pickup point the type can't be swapped, so please choose the vehicle class carefully based on your goods.
Do you handle loading, unloading or packing?
No. Our verified operators take care of transportation only; loading, unloading and packing are arranged by you.
Are there any waiting or extra charges?
Each vehicle type includes a defined free waiting period. Waiting, detention or standby charges may apply after that period, or when a vehicle, driver or driver assistant is held beyond the agreed time. The charges that apply are shown in your quote. See Detention, Standby & Waiting Charges.
When do I pay?
Payment is completed when the vehicle reaches the loading point, and it can be made directly through the app.
When and how do I get the POD?
Once your goods are delivered, the Proof of Delivery appears in the app, where you can view or download it any time.
How do I track my vehicle?
Every truck is GPS-enabled, so you can follow it live in the app from pickup to delivery, and even share the tracking link with anyone you like.
What goods can I move?
Almost all general cargo is accepted. Restricted items such as oil, perishables, biohazardous material and nuclear waste cannot be carried.
Which payment methods are supported?
UPI, net banking, IMPS and NEFT are all supported.
How do you keep my goods safe?
All vehicles are GPS-enabled and operated by KYC-verified partners, trips are monitored throughout, and you can add in-transit cover for extra peace of mind.
How do I reach the driver or raise an issue?
Use the in-app call option to reach the assigned driver directly, and open a ticket from the Support section for anything our team needs to resolve.
Can I book in advance?
Yes — schedule a booking for a planned dispatch date directly from the app.
