Shipping & Tracking Terms
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms cover how shipments are handled and how GPS tracking and ETAs work across the Movezle Platform, AURVITRUCK, AURPulse and AURForge.
1. Verified operators
Every driver and fleet partner is identity- and KYC-verified before they can accept trips. Trips are actively monitored from pickup through to delivery.
2. Live GPS tracking
- Vehicles are GPS-enabled so you can follow your shipment in real time within the app.
- You can share a live tracking link with colleagues or customers for better coordination.
3. How we calculate your ETA
The ETA you see in AURVITRUCK is built from the route and from the rules that apply to your vehicle on that route:
- Route and traffic: distance, live traffic and typical speed for the vehicle type.
- City no-entry timings: many cities do not allow goods vehicles to enter during certain hours. We keep each city's no-entry timings for each vehicle class and plan the trip around them, so the ETA is the time the vehicle can actually enter and deliver, not just the driving time.
- Driver rest and loading time: required rest breaks and the loading and unloading time shown in your quote.
When a vehicle must wait outside a city for its entry window, the trip timeline shows "Holding for city entry" with the time entry opens, and the ETA already includes it. The cost of this holding is shown in your quote as a separate line, "City-entry holding" (see Detention, Standby & Waiting Charges).
No-entry timings can change, for example for festivals, events, road works or orders from local authorities. When they do, the ETA is recalculated and you are notified. ETAs are estimates and can also change with weather, traffic or operational conditions.
4. Documentation
- An e-bilty (consignment note) is generated for each booking.
- Proof of Delivery (POD) is available in the app once goods are delivered.
- GST invoices are provided digitally and shared to your registered WhatsApp number.
5. Coverage and reach
The network serves a wide range of PIN codes across the country, with door-to-door movement on major and regional routes. Serviceability for a specific lane is shown at the time of booking.
6. Delivery and handover
Goods are handed over at the drop location to the consignee or an authorised representative. Please ensure someone is available to receive and acknowledge the delivery. Delays at pickup or drop can lead to waiting or detention charges (see Detention, Standby & Waiting Charges).
7. Restricted goods
Certain goods cannot be carried, including oil and flammable liquids, perishables (unless booked on a suitable cold-chain vehicle), biohazardous material and nuclear or radioactive waste. Accurate declaration of goods is your responsibility.
8. Data from tracking
Location and trip data are used to operate tracking, calculate ETAs, improve safety and support billing and dispute resolution, in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Support
Use the in-app "Call Driver" option to reach your driver, or raise a ticket in the Support section for any shipment concern.
